High performance, cost-effective, fast development

With support for multiple industry protocols and leading IoT cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, InGateway502 is optimised for edge computing applications in solar energy, water and wastewater, oil and gas, and industrial automation.

High-performance capabilities for edge computing

The InGateway502 is equipped with the necessary hardware for large-scale IoT edge computing, including a high-performance ARM Cortex-A8 processor, 600MHz, high-capacity DDR3 RAM up to 512MB and 8GB eMMC Flash, giving the gateway a powerful edge computing capability, providing computing resources for data optimisation, real-time response, agile connection and intelligent analysis on edge nodes.

Multiple industrial protocols supported

To suit the widely diversified IoT industry, the IG502 is compatible with multiple major real-time Ethernet and industrial fieldbus protocols, including Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ISO over TCP, etc., making it widely applied in industrial IoT.

Support for major IoT cloud platforms

InHand has become a partner of Microsoft and Amazon, providing users with multiple industrial cloud solutions. The edge computing gateway supports the Microsoft AZURE cloud platform, Amazon AWS and ThingsBoard. At the same time, with the integrated Device Supervisor App, data can be collected, processed and uploaded from the PLC to these cloud platforms over multiple industrial protocols.

Custom Python development platform

The IG502 offers a Python development platform, where users can customise applications according to their business. Meanwhile, InHand Networks offers a software development kit (SDK) and apps, which easily invoke the system's interfaces and resources.

Remote centralised management

The IG502 is also compatible with the InHand Remote Management System. This platform allows the status and parameters of all InHand Networks routers and gateways to be managed and monitored remotely.
